... there before...... the soles of our feet were raw by the end of the day!!

Lia had an absolute ball - she'd been counting down sleeps for months.... Nuka also had a blast but seemed to wane in the middle of the day, she's developed some sort of allergy and has a rash all over her face.... Being in the sun all day hasn't helped I'm afraid.....

It's our last night at Etna Mare, sadly, tomorrow we pack up and head South......

... lunch and Lia found me a pumice stone, which I intend bringing home....

Later that evening, after the requisite siesta, we set off to Linguaglossa to a few places that Seņora recommended: Bar Le Palme for granite and l'Alhambra pasticceria for a local pastry delicacy made of pistachio, almonds or hazelnut. Our plane left at 10.55am and was a smooth flight arriving in Catania at 11.50am. We then boarded a bus which took us to the terminal. We waited 30 minutes for the luggage to arrive on the conveyor. At last we proceded to the exit where we were met by another chauffeur who took us to the Una ...

... slice of Paradiso (the Italian word for 'Paradise').

Seeing that it is summer in America and Europe, I cant brag to you about the beautiful sunny warm weather, but I can say that the location was one of the most beautiful places that I have seen. Both from the top of the mountain in Taormina to the beach in Nexos. To God be the glory for creating such a beautiful world! Next stop: Switzerland!

Ciao belli raggazi!
