          ... hot chocolate.
          With chocolate in hand I stood chatting to the chap in the shop. I thought the temp up here today was about 3 or 4 Celsius but he confirmed it by telling me it was now -1 here at the top!!!
          Warmed up I decided to tale a walk around the mountain and go see the glacier. On the way there I made friends with s few wonderful mountain goats which made the walk even better.

          ... times. There are many ancient ruins in this tiny Roman town and we found most of them on our bikes. It was good to explore and surprisingly busy.           ... taking us 4 hours all up and although a bit sore leg wise and toenail wise, we all agreed it was a fantastic excursion.
