    ... the train is lost.

Needless to say, when you decide at 9:05 that you want to get going to see something and you need to use the train (for here…that is about everything you want to do), you have EXACTLY 23.36 minutes to get ready (did I mention I am Swiss, and they make VERY exact watches, that count the time to the second precisely…?)

It is without a doubt, these moments on the trip that I cherish ...

    ... of the mist.

We headed off in the light rain, spirits of the little people were low as it was cold and wet. We arrived at Winteregg. A tiny station along the way with a restaurant and playground and it seemed a couple of homes. It was decided that we would catch the train to Murren. The kids played in the playground, they enjoyed this and then we boarded the train. They are small, very clean and warm, glass filled carriages. Happy to be in the warm and keen to find ...

... br> Next we checked out and headed to Thun by bus. Thun was quite unexpectedly lovely. There was this Castle of Thun that we had to climb a great number of steps. Wasn't very much / just a simple museum. But the views from this picturesque town was amazing. It was a lovely castle though simple yet well-maintained. This town reminded me alot on those quaint towns of UK.

    Can't say very much ...
