We were so close, we needed to go through Yellowstone. We did the northern loop and as soon as we entered we saw buffalo and a baby ...

We ask the bartender with a cat tank on what the specials are and after he said $1 wells we stopped him and ordered 2 doubles each before it could end. We called Lilly on her birthday, but they were out at the Monterey Fair having a great time. We sent our love and we'll just have to celebrate when we get to their house in a couple of weeks! ... in the area - right off exit 23 on I-94.

After that, we finished our leg into Billings and met with Tim and Kelli at their house, had a wonderful dinner, and shared stories, all on their outdoor patio. What a great evening!

Tomorrow will be an exciting day, with two mountain runs - the Beartooth Pass and the Chief Joseph Highway, with a destination of Cody, WY. Don't miss the next rolling installment!
