... an event there the previous night so there were crews taking things down, but it was still a very awe inspiring memorial. And with the white snow covering it all around, it just made it so much more special. There is something about white snow that just seems right in a place like this. I was very moved and had to force myself to get to the museum to make sure I had enough time for the rest of my day.

... due to Col. Earl Rudder (Aggie graduate and former TAMU President) and his leadership. Other Aggies along with Rudder were honored by the names of Hollingsworth, Routt, Pena and Leonard, who all made significant contributions to this particular battle and other conflicts throughout Europe. ... dummy spit, and refuses to acknowledge where you are or provide any information at all. Nothing. Just the car on a gray screen, not even identifying that you are on a road. No help as to how to get back on track either, total sulk. On a more amusing note, She does say to "keep driving on this road for a long time"! We worked out that this is a distance more than 10 km.

... he explained to us all about the towns stone and that they are so proud of the stone, not only is it used to build all the buildings in the town, it is also celebrated through am artist invitation every year. This has gone for 75 years, where the quarry gives 200 kilos of blue stone for an artist to come to their town an sculpt a sculpture in four weeks.
