... was a little noisy! We decided to leave a little earlier than originally intended because of this. We popped into Walmart and bought some pre made cocktails called buzzballz - 15%!! For the train. They were v lethal btw! Then we headed to wow bao as the experience we had with bao buns in London made us hungry for more! Day 2: We awoke to a delicious breakfast provided by the owners of the Inn, Pat and Dave Farris. They served warm, homemade cinnamon rolls, chocolate chip bread, and freshly prepared fruit. What a treat!

... Missouri. We ate at a Cracker Barrel and then drove on to Lenox. Lenox is a small town and you walk about anywhere. It's that small. We saw a lot of deer on the road and we almost skidded off the road swerving to miss a rabbit that ran across the road. Other than that, we arrived safely to our destination. I was really jet lagged (by one hour) and tired. Anyway, we arrived safely in Lenox and I just wanted to sleep. ( I got my wish )

We were happy to find a campsite available here Viking Lake State Park in Iowa which was only 14 miles from the town of Red Oak where my maternal grandmother was born in 1903!
