        ... and brought the steer to a total halt. The quick
        riders were achieving this in under 7 seconds and few if any missed with the first throw of their lasso which therefore requires that they largely control their speeding mount with the other non throwing hand and with their knees and feet.         ... pump for quite a while as it has been very noisy, so we turned back to Florence to find a replacement pump.
