We have spent the last 3 days at a great campground located in Florida, New York located in the lower Hudson Valley. A truly beautiful area with quaint towns steeped with history, culture, farmers markets and wineries. Sunday we drove up to Westpoint and enjoyed the museum. We were not able to take the bus tour as Maureen had not brought along any picture ID. Rob and I have taken the tour previously and were disappointed that they didn't get a chance to experience ...

Left the Outermost Hostel this morning. Glad to be getting out of it, last nights sleep was filled with strange noises and people sleep talking. Leaving behind the wealthy Dave Cranage. It's been an enjoyable stay in Provincetown some really beautiful places. But I won't be rushing back for a long time.

Spent the next four hours chilling in a Boston park next to Bostons's ...

A travel blog entry by edddadams on Aug 06, 2014

Last chilled out day with Nick, Em and Charlie, as they head up to Canada tomorrow and we'll be travelling up to Boston. Mowed the lawn at 71 Cherry Lane, have it the striped look. Headed to Darlington Lake in the afternoon for a cool off swim. We cycled up on the mountain bikes that we took down to Philly. George and I still felt quite sore especially our ...

      Jersey Shore

A travel blog entry by edddadams on Aug 05, 2014

Travelled down to Jersey Shore Boardwalk at Seaside Heights today. Famed for Jersey shore, the MTV programme. A long drive to the beach took a couple of hours. The whole board walk had been recently redone because of Hurricane Sandy which had obliterated the whole front including the theme park that features on many of the broadcasts about Sandy. We strolled down the boardwalk interweaving between fun park money spinners; coconut shy etc. and fat, cheeseburger ...
