    ... proximity to The Malicon was the high volume of semi or fully retired Canadian’s / American’s. Whilst lovely people, if felt like the entire place had one foot was in the grave! Everything was tailored to the tourist and prices too.

    ... how stereotypical?! Apparently one of them is the love child of the star of Beverley Hills Chihuahua. A scene from the movie was shot here. The little dog rats (as Mr Lee calls them) are so temperamental. We never know if they're just gonna run alongside us as we climb up or down the stairs, or if they're gonna growl, bark and attempt to take a chunk out of our ankles. Keeps it interesting!

We walked directly to the coast and got an apartment just behind the beach bar. Behind the tiny little door openned up to a collection of towels, sheets, cupboards, budda statues, tapestries, rugs, clothes, maps, broken lights & fans.
