... serenaded by a mariachi band. Seen and tasted some of the best tequila in the world. Jumped off the back of a boat in Chileno Bay and snorkelled among schools of tropical fish. Done the conga on top of a boat. Eaten some of the best food. They jump on the back of boats to catch a ride it's funny! At 5pm we set off on a sunset cruise... Unlimited bar once again. It took us around the beaches and to the famous El Arco De Cabo and rock formations as the sun went down over the sea. Then the party lights came on and the dance floor heated up. Old and young everyone ...

... part (you can probably see that in the pictures). I also ate some incredible food, as it got into a similar Dixie Chicken vs Chicken Cottage style argument between two of the best taco places in town. I pretty much annihilated the menus of both places to make sure it was a fair and balanced argument :P Lou getting his comeuppance was also incredible, and upon parting he said we might bump into each other again in Central America – somehow I don’t think ...
