... and was very scenic. Since we are in a "jungle" area of Mexico the scenery was green and lush. The drive was on paved roads for most of the way. As we got closer to our destination however, the paving turned into cobblestone. While there is a bit of vibration when driving on cobblestone there are almost no potholes, which are fairly common on the asphalt.

We then took giant takeaway cups of our second (and final!) margaritas of the day, and headed to the beach. We were once more headed back to Sayulita for an afternoon of lazing in the sun.
