... up to Charlie Mac’s 404 BBQ and Seafood and had some great BBQ (ribs and brisket) and a couple of cold beers, and watched some football. This is a great bar and grill off Duval Street next to the Green Parrot Bar where the locals hang out.
Monday, we took a glass bottom boat tour out to the reef, and got to see the different types of coral and fish. On the way out we got a glimpse of several dolphins.

As soon as we are on land we ended up going to the rum barrel quickly and found that they had the most wonderful from selections on the planet. I had a wonderful 10 ounce burger and Ginger had a chicken Philly cheesesteak and we ended up talking the night away until Peter ...
... But we did end up driving all the way with a couple of short stops along the way to take some pics and check out what the people fishing off the bridges were catching.

We made it to Key West and drove to where South 1 highway could go no more! The southernmost point in Continental USA - according to the monument there, Cuba is 90 miles away. See attached pic.

... public restrooms, volleyball, two-beach chairs and umbrella for rent all day for $20, a nearby restaurant (sister to Blue Heaven), two large covered buildings and a dock that goes out into the water with ladders and platforms to help swimmers and snorkelers. A really nice, free beach. We basically spent the day at the beach relaxing, reading, getting sunburned, etc.
