... who don't know what these places are. Essentially, Key West was (and still is) about 150 times the size of Exmouth. There are at least three Walgreens, one McDonalds, one Burger King (Hungry Jack's for you Aussies) and many other franchises. We should have known...Amercians do everything big. Regardless of the size and general commerciality of it, Key West is a really neat place. The homes and restaurants have a Victorian ...

... at low tide in order to spot fish more easily and the cloudy conditions really made spotting a challenge! To add more challenge, we were fishing with spinning rods. Both Rich and I were woefully out of practice getting the bait to reach the intended target. We were fishing for a fish called a "Permit" that likes to eat live crabs, so the baby crab hooked to our line got to experience a few (several) practice casts. Bob mentioned that ...

... stay in the condo and sleep.

Joanne later told me she drove the rest of the night around South Beach and even went to Star Island (where Rosie O'Donnell and P. Diddy live). She even thinks she met P. Diddy when he was out for a jog.

When she returned in the morning, "our" red mustang was gone - back home at the rental agency.
