... did my laundry here. I resupply here. I reacquainted with other hikers I know that I haven't seen for a while. They said that i look like i lost more weight. I feel that i have ever since I started doing 20-25 mile days again. My skinny pants are fitting me loose. Oh well. I will spend the night here and head out tomorrow morning as early as possible. Sunday, July 5, 2015. PCT day 77. Miles 1163-1189.2 Today was a 26.2 mile day. Yes, I walked a marathon today. I even took a long lunch and nap some time mid-day. The nap definitely felt amazing. His wife was hiking the PCT as well but dropped out. MC Hobo is pushing on. She was providing support for him since she dropped out. They offered me a ride back to the trailhead, thankfully. MC Hobo was not even gonna head out today, but tomorrow. The trail provides indeed. Before I left the hotel, ...

I’ve been at Dutch Flat RV Park, Dutch Flat, Calif.for about 3 months getting ready for my travels and waiting for my house to sell. It’s now in escrow and I’ve paired down to my last remaining material things and ready to hit the road for a long time. First stop will be Yuba City to get a few warranty items taken care of on my RV. Then a short stay in Gridley to meet up with my daughter, Lori, and pack the ...
