      We were up at 4:30 am getting ready to head up to Cadillac Mountain on the coast of Maine to watch the first rays of morning sunlight wash over the USA.       ... DiMatteo's - see Deborah's write up. Excellent food, for a reasonable price!! The B&B we stayed at is called The Yankee Lady, had a couple of good breakfasts there. On July 4th, we headed out of Dodge (read: Bar Harbor) prior to the start of the parade, as we did not want to be stuck there. Good thing too, because as we headed out of town, the number of vehicles coming the other looked like a parade in itself. Whew! dodged that bullet!

      ... where you will pass many great lobster pounds and seafood restaurants. When you see these great places to eat, you will know that you are getting close. It is a must to eat a lobster before you leave Maine, after all Maine has the best tasting lobster.

      ... from the deli/general store we are back on the road in the FM2013. Being a wonderfully kind and thoughtful wife, I open the aforementioned travel beverage for Mr Fletche.
