We pulled off the 101 to check out the Elks at Pismo Beach and check out some places our friend Leonard ...

... 9am when we scrambled out of bed and hit the beach again for a morning walk and London’s first dip in the Pacific – the water was icy cold but not a squawk out of her, water really does seem to be in her genes!

We were on the road again by midday – hearts sinking as we left the Pacific views but with the next stop being Yosemite we know we have a picture book of amazing scenery ahead of us which softens the blow of ...
