We took a ride up one of our favorite portions of the central coast, the 46 miles from Morro Bay north to Ragged Point. The combination of the Santa Lucia Range meeting rugged coastline are unbeatable for scenic beauty.

California Highway 1 takes us north along Morro Strand following miles of sandy beach. At the north end of the beach is Cayucos, an eclectic little beach town that survives on the visitors who frequent the main street shops.
