This hotel was very clean, very affordable (we got it for $38/night) and got a lot for our money. Clean room, with mini fridge and microwave. Tv with cable, and free wifi internet.

Would stay here again!

John and Mike lined the motor homes up in our driveway the night before so that we could pack and be ready to go in the morning. They are lined up "buddy" style so that our awnings are together. Some of the campgrounds offer these type of sites, so we are going to try to do this as often as possible, especially if we are staying more than one ...

Off to the Frank Lloyd Wright home in Oak Park (a suburb of Chicago)....he's a famous Chicago architect. A very interesting house to visit. His style was to create a room within a room and to blend the building with nature using panoramic windows to give the feel of nature flowing into the building. Then it was just a short walk to Weeks Ringles Modern ...

... in the price of items. There have been too many times where I have gone to Walmart to pick up a couple of things, have the exact change ready, only to realise that I still have to add tax on top of the cost of the items. So frustrating!
