We departed Brownwood and arrived in Abilene. After we got set up, we met Kay, Alicia, and the kids at Abeulo's for dinner. We got to see and hold Alicia’s new baby – Jase. He looks just like AJ.

I was taken against my will by my posse. We packed up the house and took off for parts unknown. We drove and drove for hours and only got out once in a smelly truck stop, where I was again called upon to defend the woman of our pack. She always wants to walk around all those big smelly trucks to find a postage size piece of grass where 400 other animals have pee'd and she expects me to go there? At least it's sunny and dry here, I'm sick of all that rain and thunder back ...

We finally made it to the I-20 and headed east. We stopped at a truck stop to feed Harley and eat dinner ourselves. After a short stop, we hit the road for the last hour of travel to Abilene.
