Our first stop is a lunch cruise on the Loboc river. It’s cheesy as hell, with a young crooner ripping out 60’s tunes and a stop on the bank to watch a hokey local dance troupe and the all girl ukulele troupe strum their quaint dance numbers. We started to make our way back to Lapu Lapu City around 4:30pm, we got back around 7:30pm, and we were all pretty tired. Tonight we will get ready to leave tomorrow; we are off to Puerto Princessa!

One of the things I'd wanted to eat while in the Philippines was halo-halo, but I'd been distracted by other things on the menu at each meal, or had been simply too full for dessert. (Really, it happens!)

My plan has been thwarted! I though that, since the restaurant is open ...
