It's been 9 long months and now the day is nearly upon me (Blimey I make it sound like I am pregnant), In 20 1/2 hours time I will be jetting off on my Emirates flight EK 22 to Dubai. From Dubai I will be picking up another Emirates flight which will land 6:10 UK time in Beijing Capital Airport.

Peter Strickland, my younger brother by two years, died far too soon at the age of 62 in 2012 at Airlie Beach in Queensland.
