      ... it is SO worth it to have the time off to relax and de-stress, travel, forget about work, etc. As I said at the outset of this blog, I hope to make every day count. And that doesn't necessarily mean packing days full of activities etc. It is equally as important to me to enjoy relaxing and doing as little as possible at times.       ... good places to stop and each lunch on the trail we ate while driving to the next trail. Lunch consisted of warm cheese , crispy prosciutto, pepperoni and crackers. Doesn't that sound good?
