I tried to take a picture of the hotel, but the driver was going too fast by the time I realised where we were. No problem for Pat - he somehow designed and built an estate ...

... Below was somewhat excerpted from the El Cerrito post. I get a little out of sync sometimes when Billy lumps a bunch of towns and stops together.

So, I dropped Billy & Chris off at West Blithedale Park and they hiked the Old Railroad Trail by Mount Tamalpais, (Mount Tam to the locals). They "blindly hiked the hills down through some very nice homes, ending up in the village of ...

*** To place this in context and view the timeline, begin by clicking on 'About This Blog' *** Friday, 16 November 2012 The day started out overcast, with a light rain in the air. Let me change that ... the day started out with a shower on my terrace overlooking the valley and then a delicious frittata on the lobby terrace. The first 80 km was spent wiggling and weaving my way through the vineyards of Napa Valley and then Sonoma. The road surface condition ...
