It was interesting too that instead of teaching about the Easter story, John McArthur dove into Revelation and the judgement that awaits when the Lord comes again. After a somewhat restless night’s sleep, compliments of our upstairs neighbours leaving before the sun had even considered rising, we repacked and made a move. ... high desert so every thing is brown. The few houses we saw are shades of brown too. The temperature shot up from 93 to 99 when we had to stop for construction. As we head north and west we begin to see more green in the landscape, but we have passed some HUGE smooth rocks. Some hills in the distance look like gravel hills. Very unusual to us.
