    Today was what we call a 'Van Appreciation Day' - this means lots of travelling. We did about 6 hours in the van today but with a few stops along the way.     It was raining when we awoke this morning in Hazard Kentucky at the Hampton Inn so we were pleased to have a rest day to do laundry, repair bikes and just relax a bit before heading into the hills once again.
