      Shenandoah National park was the main attraction here. We had a nice lunch of the daily sandwich, and I have become quite an expert in assembly of a great man-wich! We then had a little walk and some nice pictures were taken. Over to camp for a speedy tent assembly, got pretty quick at it, then had some tea.       It was raining when we awoke this morning in Hazard Kentucky at the Hampton Inn so we were pleased to have a rest day to do laundry, repair bikes and just relax a bit before heading into the hills once again.
