So begins my attempt to log our round the world travel. I am armed with lots of useful gifts and useful advice. Here are some of the things in the suitcase; Snow boots for Siberia, Pop up Champagne glass, Gluten Free pot noodles, Selfie Stick, Poem by Dr Seuss, scissors and cape to cut Wills hair, and lots of haribo. ... lot more than I did at eighteen, however the thought of spending a year out of this lovely comfort zone I have, is pretty scary. Marni and Brody were in good form today. There was an elderly couple sitting behind us waiting to be picked up by their driver who was stuck in the snow. Marni and Brody entertained them for most of our lunch. It was very cute and it definitely made the couples wait more enjoyable.
After our lazy lunch we walked back and the kids walked back along the wall again.
... We enjoyed some canapés washed down with some sparkling wine, and listened to a speech from the Captain as well as watching a presentation showing the future FOCL cruises. Then it was time to go to lunch. :-)
Afterwards we went back up on deck to do another five laps, and we noticed it was quite a lot colder, and there was a strong wind blowing at the port side bow.
Coming back into the warmth of the Boudicca we had a post-luncheon nap, then ...

We finished off the evening by going to the Lido Lounge, but there wasn’t a quiz on tonight for some reason. So we just listened to the resident musicians/singers (which are pretty dire to be honest), had a couple more drinks, then went off to bed for our second night on board. Tonight we had to put our watches forward an hour to Norwegian time, so we would lose an hour of ...
