      ... window boxes and shutters. Most of their houses are built in the traditional Swiss style and there are small nurseries all over the place where you can buy plants and seedlings for your window boxes. As someone who cannot keep a pot plant alive if I lived here I would have to frequent these nurseries. What also surprised us was how the sheep and cows wonder all over the place. I never thought I would see sheep next to a major highway in Zurich. These are however well behaved live ...

      ... we came through them and reached the top the sun was shining. It was the most breathtaking sight, the temperature was 2 degrees so we felt the cold immediately. The kids were so excited to see the snow, they started throwing it around and Steven and Alicia built a snowman. Whilst up there it started snowing which made the experience even more special.       ... like they were going to fall off and by about 3/4 of the way down I thought I was going to throw up from exhaustion but if I got the chance to go back on a good day I would do so in an instant.
      I left the mountains barely able to move but incredibly happy with my time there, it was back to Olten to recover at Adriens place.
      With my recovery now complete I can leave Switzerland, I will be flying to Copenhagen tomorrow and then heading onto Stockholm.

      ... in the train station (which is essentially all outdoor) for my group, and since there wasn't anywhere free to sit- I stood. Standing there for 2 hours was probably the worst decision I could have made. The cold broke through my massive coat and reached all the way down to my bones. I was freezing. Even with a massive coat and a beanie, I was frozen. Eventually, the 2 hours passed and I SLOWLY thawed out on the bus ride back.

      ... floor of the chalet we walked over and through an ice cave that was carved into the glacier. Inside the ice cave were a number of ice carvings.
