... into more hilly terrain…with trees! It seems as though it’s been a while since we’ve ridden through forest...my how time flies.

Around 5pm, we arrive in Tolhuin where there is a Casa de Ciclista. Emilio, the owner of La Union Panaderia gives us a place to stay for the night, then we walk over to the bakery to buy some empanadas and pastries for dinner. Mmmm…so good! Tierra del Fuego is treating us nice :)

... trails aren't circular so this meant some extra walking as the people in the park weren't all that amenable to hitchhikers. Only one car stopped but they wanted to charge us!

That evening we went on a sunset boat cruise on the Beagle Channel. It was ridiculously windy so part of the trip had to be cancelled. But we had great sea lion sightings and saw some Imperial cormorants.

passes between the volcanoes where we noticed a particular quirk of driving in
Argentina. There are apparently no rules of the road only suggestions. So double
yellow lines are just guidelines, and roundabouts are only for the brave. It’s
