    Another sleep in and slow start. Kate, Chris and the boys stayed overnight so there were a lot of people milling about in the kitchen. We sat by the lake with our coffees and talked. It was so beautiful and peaceful.     ... we cooked up a storm - barbecued ribs, and chicken wings and cowboy steaks - the biggest I've ever seen. I made potatoes and Alex made a salad, and everyone buzzed around excitedly.     ... by lush greenery. We made dinner - Matt's 'beer car chicken', his famous (and much loved) chicken wings, Ben's roast chicken and my paella. Alex made a fabulous salad and we sat down on the outside deck to enjoy the feast.
