Tractors and semis
This morning we woke up to 45 degree temperature. The tractor parade over the bridge was to start at 9am. Around 8:15 is started to pour but was finished by 9. We zipped into town, parked the car took out our chairs and joined the other hundred people waiting to see the tractors. It doesn't matter what the parade is for a parade is exciting. We left the Lake Michigan side and traveled over to the Lake Heron side on a boring drive. No bill boards to read and not many towns to go thru. ... warmed and the sun was strong. Even with the breeze, eating outside was not appealing to either of us. For lunch I ordered the strawberry chicken salad because I had seen the lady at the next table eating one. It was served in huge bowl and I ate every bite.
