Not much to say today. I was pretty lazy for some reason and did not leave the hotel until 11am. Someone else had borrowed the hotel bicycle so I had to get the local bus out to Anemurium ('place of the winds') to see the ancient ruins built by the Byzantines. The city was founded in the 1st century AD but hit hard by an earthquake around 580.

November 9, 2007 Fethiye, Turkey We are staying at the Yacht Plaza Hotel here in the Mediterranean resort town of Fethiye. It's a beautiful place with a picturesque harbor. The hotel is listed as a three star and we are given one of the best rooms on a corner of the building so we have two balconies overlooking the harbor.
