Today we spent the day travelling from Canada to America. We spent the first part of our drive watching Love Actually while we were travelling through Canada and when we crossed the border and made our way into America, we went through Buffalo in New York State and Pennsylvania. We ended up at Lake Erie waterfront and wandered the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, housed in a very modern building. If one read every history board, looked at every piece of memorabilia, and listened to all of the music on offer, we could easily have spent a day or more at the Hall. ... JUST for the guest rooms), simple yet clean and spacious, exactly what we were looking for.
After settling, we drive the few miles back into the next little town called Berlin (REALLY!), to have a hearty and home-made dinner, with pork chops, home-made noodles, gravy, and chocolate pie.
We look forward to exploring the area, and learn more about the Amish tomorrow.
