... Aus. We saw Anni and Michael in Munich in May. We all went out to lunch at a beautiful outdoor Tyrolean restaurant in the hills overlooking Kufstein. Back to relax and sit in the garden of the cottage overlooking the lake that had belonged to Anni's maternal grandmother. Another super site, Alpen (€53 a night) with a new pool / sauna complex (v smart). We're up in the mountains so I think it will be chilly when the sun drops. ... we feel we have things to do and they can wait. The number of tourists is also increasing noticeably and now we have time we can do this when they are not there.

... as we were nearing the outskirts of Salzburg, the satnav was coming up with a dubious instruction, so after buying a map at a service area, we opted to follow the route recommended for towing as given by Michelin.
