    arriving before 9am and getting a great spot close by for the RV. We
    walked a couple of minutes to Plymouth Rock which is a small boulder
    measuring about 1.5m long by 1m wide. The rock the residents of the
    Mayflower apparently stepped onto when they landed in USA. Mixed
    stories about whether this is actually true.

    Outside of town, the Plimoth Plantation recreates what life was like for the first Pilgrims. It was late in the day, so we were tired and didn’t have a lot of time before it closed. It did complete the day.

    ... s, attending Methodist camp meetings in the town;now mainly occupied by holidaymakers as summer residences.
    The day went by oh so quickly, and in no time, we were back on the ferry at 4 oclock for the trip back to Cape Cod.
