Stopped the visitor center in Oceanside for maps and recommendations (very helpful ladies here) and headed towards the Mission San Luis Rey nearby. When you go into these old buildings you just feel awe at how long ago they ...

What a First Day

... me around and fills me on the current ongoings. (You see, it's her daughter E's birthday weekend, so there is a lot of prep going into her party - the next day). I set my things down, and we quickly get settled into catching up and prepping for the party. We chit chat, we get crafty and figure out our plans for the rest of the day.

Our evening is spent doing one of my favourite activities when visiting a ...
