We made a stop in Asbury park New Jersey after leaving our hotel. This was the birth place of my brother n law and the early home of my inlays back in the late 60's.

You can see some of the old neighborhood feel a well as much new and renovations along he boardwalk. It appears to be a community on the upswing. There were tons of hotels and bed ns breakfast type places. Lots of old homes with lots of interesting color palettes. Had a nice quaint ...

A long weekend for Thanksgiving.. so managed to squeeze in another short trip near New York city.. this Sunday (29-Nov-09)..

Myself, Arjun, Dayananthan and Praveen made a short but memorable trip to Coney
Island, in southernmost Brooklyn, at the tip of New York city, with a beach to the Atlantic Ocean.

very calm place, considering the small population of approx. 60,000.
Having once been an attraction for ...
