    ... Given that description, we weren't expecting much - it is just a stop on the road west - but it is a sweet and quaint little place with a lot of potential. Unfortunately, it just seems tired and forgotten. The motel we are staying in is basic and functional, yet has the most stunning views across the lake to the back.
