    So, Key West at Spring Break: Lots of families, many of whom were speaking European languages I couldn't make out (Hungarian, anyone?). People in pastel polo shirts. Regular people in t-shirts. Frat guys who walk one after another in a line of 7-8. People carrying plastic cups of beer. What you'd expect.

    We headed south and unfortunately I thought I was smarter than Siri so I stayed on I-95 to US1. Well, stop and go for 45 minutes later and I agreed, she was right to take me around and get on US1 later. We'll do that on the way back.

    I also thought they might have upgraded US1 in the past 25 years. That's how long ago we were last in Key West. Nope. Still primarily a 2-lane road. 35/45 and 55 mph all the way. No wonder ...

    When you are on a cruise there are days at sea that was this day for us. We were up early and off the dock at 6:35 to fuel up, the fuel dock was only 10 minutes away at Conch harbor so easy first step.     ... as we cruise on back. We get back to Key West about 5:30PM, and make our way back to the hotel for a shower to get all the salt off the skin! ... ouch!!!! burnt knee caps! lol
