Also near Spring Green is Tower Hill Park. In the 1800s, Wisconsin was a major supplier of lead - there were lead mines all over southwest Wisconsin. ... got home at about 2:40am. I was so excited to get home. I threw my bags in my room and jumped into bed, where I stayed until noon. Now it's back to life in the USA. I can say that my experience in France was without a doubt the best experience of my life this far. I am so lucky to have met the people that I did and see everything that I could. I am glad to be home, but miss France terribly already.

But as always, it's not good bye, just see you later.

Further on up the mountain was the actual shrine to Our Lady. The shrine is a modern building with stunning statues, paintings and stained glass windows. I arrived just in time for the afternoon
devotions which drew me in with saying the of Rosary and to my surprise included the Eucharistic adoration. I have included samples pictures I took at of both Shrines.
Onwards tomorrow and we'll see what adventures are to come! ...
