... headed to Gulfoss, the massive 32m waterfall. Then went to see Geysir, a spouting hot spring. We stood and watched it go off a few times, some were small gushes and then there would be one huge explosion which was awesome! There were also many other little hot springs around and it was nice to stand next to them on such a cold day but you did have to get used to the rotten egg smell. The environment was quite cool, very "summer" kind of environment, with a lot of people wearing shorts, miniskirts, sleeveless shirts, and flip flops and sandals.
