... getting a little expensive in the busy tourist areas. After dinner we went for a short stroll on Charles Bridge which was buzzing with tourists before heading back to our hotel to call it a night.

I set my alarm, asked for a wake up call but banging my head on the pillow five times was the most effective. I woke up at 4.59 and then we dressed hurriedly, packed last minute things and went downstairs for our breakfast box. Taxi on time and we found our seats on the train quite easily except that it was such a long walk as we are in the first coach. This leg of the journey the seats are not as comfortable as we had before but we change trains at Cologne and Berlin so should improve. ...

After traveling most of the day through the Bohemain countryside I spent most of the day sleeping, feel like I might be getting the contiki flu! I did stay awake for the game Scott introduced 'Bus confessions' to us. We all had to write down something that we have done on the tour that no one else knows about, this was VERY entertaining as some interesting things came out. ... for brekkie, then I left to do a walking tour on my own, because no one else was up at 1030. This turned out to be one of the best tours I've done. The guide showed us the square, the Jewish Quarter, Charles Bridge and we stopped for a break in an awesome bakery, even though I didn't eat anything.
