    ... the 1990s war destroyed despite being listed with Unesco. We are fortunate in Aus for so many of the old buildings as we travel have been rebuilt/restored as a result of wars. Wednesday visited Kotar and Budva fertile lands and old cities then today Thursday Corfu with our own tour guide visited the old fort where she climbed her old Father up the top then around the town where I was able to contribute to the Greek economy 3 belts for 3 euro each ,no wonder they have ...

    ... and put into the tie thing as quickly. The last part of pulling it to tie it to the bow is almost a 2 man job to get it secure and here it was me, joined by Saskia and yelling for “ a man up here please”. All of this is reasonable without wind but in this high wind it is tough. Fenders are out along the sides to keep boats from bumping each other. Fenders are the ball things that hangs off the side for that purpose.

    ... and his 8 year old son. Offered us parking in the square. Toilet and shower in his house above the café (at no cost) and food in the café. "What's on the menu? I asked. "Umm. Today omelette" was the reply. It was a tempting offer but there wasn't enough flat space to park for the night, let alone to unload Brutus.     Having tested the ferry on our bicycles we entrusted our entire life - house, home and husband all on one ancient ferry for the princely sum of Euro 10, as we had opted for the western most border post into Greece. It's small and quiet - one other car. The road to the border had some interesting sections through villages.
