It took quite a few steps to arrive in the Greek island of Paros: flight from Brussels to Athens, metro to Piraeus in the outskirts of Athens, overnight stay in Piraeus, and 4 hour ferry to Paros.
Once in Paros, we had a few more adventures to encounter. We arrived on the island where somebody from our hotel was supposed to pick us up. When we called asking about our pickup, they told us they were sending someone over but to go to the cafe and get a drink. ...

After having instructions on - red roads yes, yellow roads ok white roads no - we Headed to a beach on the far side of the island. About 10mins in - bikes were struggling big time, almost decided to take the back and exchange until we realised the road ran out... Turned to dirt and only then we figured this was one of those white road no go zones - whips! Back on track we made it ...

... alcohol for the night and went to join about 80% of the hostel by the pool. We got the run down on what happens every night and were ready to give it a crack. The best thing about Francescos is that is it literally about 200 from the strip of clubs so it makes for an easy walk out and back home again the following morning. As the sun goes down, everyone meets in the outdoor area near the pool at Francescos to drink and mingle. Come about 12.30am everyone heads out to ...
