... started this day and most of the locals were picking olives from the 300-400 year old olive trees. The next day we decided to keep the car for another day since the cost of the rental car was only 25 Euro per day and go relax at one of the beaches in the southwest section of the island. ... Acropolis left after all these years, just a few rock walls, but the view of the bay and city of Naoussa was spectacular. We got up early the next day and packed our bags for the ferry ride to the next Greek island on our tour called Naxos. Paros was a good Greek Island to start our adventure, but it was hard to find something to do during the off season and poor weather days. We are looking forward to some more action in the larger island and city of Naxos.

... it we thought it an idea to get some fresh air and scope out somewhere for dinner.Being Sunday and being end of season Naxos was exactly how we imagined Mykonos would have been with very little open and of those that were very little interested us.
In the end we did the unimaginable and again grabbed some noodles for dinner and headed for home.

Last night the crew went ashore to celebrate the end of our sailing adventure. We ended the night in a small joint called the Pirate Bar. Paros Today we hired a buggy to explore the rest of the island. The buggy was delivered at 9am and we set off on our adventure around the whole islands, stopping off a couple of times ....then later for lunch. There was one particular aqua beach with little restaurants which served traditional Greek food. 15 euro for seafood, salad and hot items like moussaka and a 1/4 jug of wine.
