    ... majority of my time sat behind the nurses station doing scrap all, something I had
    expected. There’s only so many times you can sit and look around the ward and
    think ‘what on earth is going on here’ before trying not to fall asleep, the
    heat doesn’t help. There is no handover here which is the most bizarre thing
    about it, if there is no handover how can you possibly know anything about the
    patients that are lying in the beds in front of you? So ...

    for photos and send their kids over for photos with us (the poor kids looked

    ... Still not yet at our final destination. On the flight, they were offering transfers to the Boracay island for a good price. We went ahead as the price included the bus journey to the port, the ferry and then a minibus to our guesthouse. It was just easier to do it this way and also cheaper than what they were quoting outside the airport.
