... quite sure what it looked like- wow is it magnificent! The facade is amazing!! it is made out of white, pink, and green/black marble. It's also the 4th largest cathedral in the world- and the dome is an engineering masterpiece!!

I had lunch before going to the museum at a restaurant in the Piazza della Signoria. I got a delicious plate of gnocchi alla sorentina, which is in a tomato sauce with buffala mozzarella- yum!

... at the door.  We thought it was super crowded, but no it was actually not opened yet.  I don't think we have mentioned, but dinner doesn't start until 7.
