Our main reason for being in Houston was to visit the Johnson Space Center (JSC). We arrived at 10am and got a spot right by the entrance, because there were not many people there. Anyway, we had a nice dinner, including a big glass of wine for me...and then she was ready for bed. Since it was only 7:15, I wasn't. I managed to entertain myself until 10:30--are we having fun ...

... week following the weather took another cold turn and went down to -3'C with "freezing rain". We woke up Tuesday morning to the deciduous trees having ice leaves on the end of each branch which looked so pretty. The other trees which were evergreens were bent over with the weight of the ice on the leaves and there were a number of branches that had broken off as a result.
Monday to Wednesday lunchtime the kids worked feverishly to get through their ...
