A little more New Orleans

A travel blog entry by akgraff on Jul 07, 2015

Tami enjoyed the pool while I was away. I joined her there upon my return. The concierge guys were very helpful finding good places to eat. After ...

New Orleans!

Before leaving Memphis, we needed to do laundry... badly! While waiting for the washing machines to finish, we found a Ms. Pac-man game and I got to witness Tami's video game skills! ... the runway before it was airborne. The takeoff length was about the same as a regional jet. Not only that, but the plane was really quiet for takeoff and the rest of the flight. It was the quietest heavy body plane I had flown in to date. Right after we took off, I stretched out and slept for the duration of the flight. People had said the cabin pressure was really advanced for the 787 and I definitely felt the difference! Normally on redeye flights even when ...
