I awoke early to the sun trying to shine through a thin haze. It is 50F this morning by the lake which feels comfortable standing still but will be cool on the road so I have my rain pant liner in my new mesh pants that Elizabeth gave me and I think that should be comfortable as more heat and perhaps rain is coming.

... was in the low 40s today in Duluth so we jumped right on it! Eventually we made it to Canal Park which was where the people were hiding- right on the beautiful lakefront. After walking and exploring Duluth, we decided to get back on the road and stopped at Grand Rapids, MN! Weird, eh? Birth home to Judy Garland and is on the Mississippi River.
