... s sleep and headed out in the rain, one of the few times we have encountered it. Strange because it rained while we were in St. Louis and the short remaining portions of Missouri. Some weird clouds, too! Then, as we crossed the mighty Mississippi into Illinois, it stopped raining. Guess Mother Nature loves Illinois better although it was a dark gloomy sky! We had been hearing for months that we would want to spend two days at the Creation Museum, so after bidding a fond farewell to Barb Sims, Night Flyer, Ronnie, and all of Cornerstone Farm, we packed up and headed back to Petersburg, KY for round two at the Museum. We dubbed this Adventure Day.
