So I really liked the city of Mendoza. The city was devastated by an earthquake some time in the 1800s, so when they reconstructed the city they built it with lots of plazas, and really wide streets and sidewalks for people to take 'shelter' and to leave room for rubble to fall in case there was another earthquake. Makes for a really pretty city...

RIDING THROUGH THE ANDES Left Uspallata and had a great ride through the mountains to Wine Producing Area of Mendoza. After that, the road was flat, straight and very hot.
