We spent the night in Rockhampton, a place so proud of its beef that it has large painted statues of cows all over the place. We celebrated being here by eating one of them (or a bit of one) in the local pub. We spent a nervous night on the banks of a river, just by a sign warning us about crocodiles.

Got the coach to Rockhampton arriving at 12 am, we stay in a caravan for the night!
