Maracay Hotels - Reviews and Rates

Spent the last four days in Venezuel literally island hopping with my French companions. Here the water is crystal clear and the beaches are lined with palm trees. However, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENTER THE TOILETS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. VILE DOES NOT DESCRIBE IT!! Bush toilets do the trick. Bring ear plugs when you climb on a bus in South America.....

Nothing really to tell about Maracay. We arrived there just before midnight and had a quick bite to eat at a diner across the street from our digs. Next morning we headed for the coast with a Spanish couple - Maite & Aitor (very Basque names!)

I started the day at 7am wondering around the town taking pictures. I must of snapped about 140 in the span of two hours. The locals were all very gracious.
