Another early start to catch the bus to Tilaran from La Fortuna, although it left late at 8.30. We wound round the Lake Arenal up and down hills and through ´German´ towns like La Union and Nuevo Arenal. It was a really good bus trip and only 2 hours unlike the 3.5 Lonely Planet says.
