We arrived in Katherine got a few supplies then headed off to our camp for the night, in Nitmiluk National park, was a very nice park, with a pool! Excellent! Temperatures are around 33 to 35 so a pool is very welcome!

The damper cooked over night and we had it for brekkie. Was a good one too. On our way to Katherine next. Wanted to get to a camp site as early as possible before the rush we are noticing. Got an early start and got away by 8.15am. Bit strange getting to Katherine at the time when we have recently been leaving but a nice change. A day to catch up on things today - washing, restocking food and picking up mail. Washing the car and getting the kids sores checked out by the doc. Nothing serious.... just checking.
